Case 5.2: Discrepancy between the movement of the right diaphragm with pacing and inability to move with arbitrary breathing. In the first part this scene clearly demonstrates the diaphragm contraction following the pacing trigger from the superior caval vein. During a deep breath, the right diaphragm is standing still whereas at the left side the diaphragm markedly moves caudally indicating a major movement of the left lung.
