Video 5.4. Combination of proven occlusion and withdrawal of Achieve catheter. The occlusion of the vein is checked with dye within the first minute of freezing in order not to miss an occlusion leakage due to shape alteration of the balloon with increasing refrigerant flow. Before the guide channel is frozen, the Achieve catheter can be pulled back to the maximal proximal position to monitor the pulmonary vein potentials.
